Replacement locking screw with improved break resistance, functions on Maxx Tooling MaxxMacro chucks.

If you have a OEM chuck or other manufacturers we can upgrade the mechanism to accept our screws. Virtually eliminating the screw breakage issue. contact sales for more details

OEM and Maxx screw breaks at 7- 9 NM this screw is tested at 26NM the Allen bit failed before the screw.

We recommend using Tbits as opposed to t-handles or solid Allen wrenches. In doing so the bit will break before the screw.

screw thread wornout

have some issues on fitting the FHCS screws due to thread in the main fixture looks like worn out. not sure we didn't use much of this fixture but the life looks too short on these tiny details.
